Yes: Both low dose aspirin and fish oil reduce risk of blood clots. They have a synergistic effect & also work together to reduce inflammation,the major underlying cause of cardiovascular disease. Some advise exercising caution as this combo may slightly increase risk of bleeding but I consider them quite safe together.Your risk of clotting is more than risk of bleeding. Yes: Don't expect any benefit. Based on my reading, over the past decade, the best studies of fish oil for vascular health have been "discouraging." If you are interested in supplements, find an evidence-based physician or complementary practitioner who can guide you.
