Possibly cervical: Your symptoms may be due to a cervical radiculopathy, or pinched nerve in your cervical spine, often due to a herniated disc. Alternatively, some patients have carpal tunnel syndrome that can cause similar symptoms. If the symptoms persist i would recommend seeing a physician for further evaluation.

Difficult to determi: Difficult to determine. Dip pain could be osteoarthritis or another form of arthritis. Arm pain throughout is difficult to analyze without being examined.
