Folis acid: Leucovirin of Folic Acid are the two ways to reduce the effects of Methotrexate . Unless you are talking about nausea , , general malaise etc then meds for your stomack such as antiacids etc would be indicated.

See details: It really depends of the specific side effect. Dividing the dose or switching to the subcutaneous form can help with GI issues. Taking folic can reduce other risks.
