Trouble periods: You have symptoms of pms , which can be due to female hormone changes. See your doctor about a check up. Meanwhile eat more iron foods, red meat, eggs, molasses and take B12 drops available at health food store, and taken by drops held under tongue everyday. Also krill oil capsules two per day may help pms.
