Unhealed fracture?: From what you say, you're continuing to walk on an unhealed stress fracture -- which is bound to continue hurting. Hopefully you're working with your family doctor, podiatrist, or orthopedic doctor on this, and following recommendations. It sounds like you need to talk with your physicians again, and give that foot a better opportunity to heal.

Plantar Fasciitis: You could have plantar fasciitis which is swelling of the tendons/muscles on the arch of the foot. This is usually worse early in the morning and better later in the day. You should check that your shoes are comfortable and buy gel inserts like dr. Schools. Definitely see your foot doctor for a follow-up this week.
