Barely into day 2 of methylprednisolone. rapid hr, around 110, even tho i'm on a beta blocker. feel ok otherwise. ok to stay on it?

Call your doctor: Depending on the reason you're receiving the methylprednisolone, it may or may not be reasonable to either adjust the dose of the steroid or the beta blocker. Without more information, i can't really help you beyond that.
