I'm taking medrol (methylprednisolone) for lbp and feel off and so cold, full dressed, two blankets and a coat inside and still cold! what's wrong? no fever.

This does occur: Occasionally with people taking steroids. There can be a number of different side effects and people can respond to steroids differently from others significantly. While it can be a common reaction, i would recommend you call your prescribing physician to be sure this is normal specifically for you. Without more medical history, it is difficult to say whether or not this is something that'll pass.
