When i put methylprednisolone in my mouth to drink it, it has an awful taste to it. is that really the case? also, my doctor put me on 16mg, every two times a day. does it mean i'm going to have withdrawal syndrome?

Some patients do report an unpleasant taste depending on the manufacturer of the product Being generic, methylprednisolone is made by many different companies. As with any steroids if you take it for a long duration, you will have withdrawal and it is not wise to do so unless needed for a serious situation.
