See doctor: You may try some probiotic for a few days, but if the problem fails to resolve you will need to see your doctor and get tested for c difficile infection which can be caused by taking antibiotics and requires a different antibiotic to eradicate

Probiotics: Antibiotics kill both bad and good bacteria in your GI tract. You can replace the good w/probiotics. Yogurt is not strong enough. You would do best w/refridgerated kind from health food store. Room temp ones ok if at work or traveling. Peace and good health.
