Cowper's gland duct: Cower's gland is a small gland which produces some of the seminal fluid, or "precum". Duct from this gland sometimes allows urine to back up from the urethra during urination. This could cause your symptoms. Suggest a voiding cystourethrogram (x-ray study which will delineate your urethra) to your urologist.
