Everything else ok?: What does "everything else ok" mean? It sounds like everything else should not be ok. That means one should see a doctor now. Today is sunday, so if one's doctor is not available to help, the place to go would be the emergency room. If symptoms are worrisome, an ambulance ride is the safest way to go, instead of having a friend or relative drive (unless an ambulance is not available either).

ER: After the emergency room visit for your asthma, I would suggest reviewing your asthma plan with a specialist. They can order a total IgE level and possibly recommend Xolair. If you have very severe asthma, daily steroids should be used as part of your treatment plan, if you have already tried inhaled steroids/LABA eg Advair. A virtual appt can help to review your asthma plan with you.
