Can severe asthma cause no wheezing but low peak flow readings and hard to breath, usually for years i have wheezing with attacks but few months after phemonia i now cant breath and no wheezing at times ?

Yes: In severe asthma attacks or advanced COPD there is very limited air exchange with no wheezing, but very limited to no breathing sounds. Following pneumonia, a pleural effusion ( or fluid in the lungs) may complicate the picture, as well.
