Had sport injury (ac joint), 2 years ago. still feel pain when i left my arm or move it certain way & also in my back head (behind my ear). what todo?

Be reevaluated: I would certainly be reevaluated. A detailed exam and appropriate studies probably including an MRI of the shoulder and cervical spine will likely determine the cause.
