Draining: They are likely abcessed. They don't hurt because the pus is draining around or through the center of the teeth. Any time the pressure can build up you will have a toothache or swelling. Best to get them treated before they hurt. Your meds make you more susceptible to decay.

May be nonvital: Broken off teeth will not hurt if the nerves aren't exposed but they can lead to infection or abscesses. Please see a dentist before bad problems arise with your broken teeth.
