Bleeding gums: I would first see your dentist. I would recommend the softest toothbrush you can find at the store. You may want to try a sonicare brush, flush and rinse with mouthwash.

I my front teeth and lower teeth gums are red only. It's not caused by oral hygiene and either brushing hard. I been cleaning it a year now and its red still no matter how much I clean and floss. It has to have a different cause than oral hygiene?
Why do my gums get irritated easily? I brush 2x a day, floss at night, no bleeding, have no plaque or recession bcs of regular dental cleaning, they still get irritated around the gum line, esp after flossing. Am i doing it wrong? brushing too hard?
