Are you sure: That you're not pregnant? Use a home pregnancy test if you've had unprotected sex. Your TSH is elevated, and if confirmed by a second test you need treatment with brand name T4 replacement until normalized. It is unlikely that this mildly low thyroid level is causing your delayed period - there are many other medical and psychological potential causes. See your doctor.
