I had blood work done and my free t4 came back as 0.86, tsh 3.550. my dr. says these levels are good. but im not sure. i have gained 30lbs over 3 months, my throat hurts, irregular periods, constipation and depression. what do i do?

I feel that an underactive thyroid has been ruled out by those values. Seek help from a mental health professional for your depression. Has your physician examined your throat and neck to determine the cause of throat discomfort? A dietician and proper treatment for your depression should be helpful. Your gynecologist will have to advise you about your irregular periods.
