Cervical and vaginal: Infections are different form bladder infection, u may have urethritis or other, you should be referred to a urologist to evaluate your recurrent bladder infections as u may need cystoscopy and other studies.

Cannot diagnose: You need to go back and see the ob/gyn doctor who examined and treated you. This sounds like a problem that may require an additional exam and testing to resolve. Good luck.
