Epley Maneuvers: First make sure that your physician really thinks you have bppv. If so, then you may try the epley maneuvers. You can find online videos that show you how to correctly perform these. Sometimes we use medications to help with symptoms. Lastly, seeing an ENT and going through vestibular rehabilitation may help. Good luck.
