What should i be doing to treat positional vertigo. i have had it off and on for. month and 1/2.

Brandt-Daroff Exerci: If it's benign paroxysmal positional vertigo that you truly have then, you should avoid high impact types of exercises such as certain types of aerobics and martial arts events. You will need some instruction on the brandt-daroff exercises although there are also you tube videos on it. I am not a fan of Meclizine though some people (very few) get relief from it. You may need epley maneuver.
