Possibly: There can be some soreness at the site of the extraction, but i would be concerned about infection or a foreign body from a piece of the tooth being left behind. I recommend calling your dentist tomorrow and going back to the clinic this week.

May or may not: Be normal. It depends upon the difficulty of the extractions and your pain threshold. The main factor is whether or not it is getting better each day? If not, call your dentist and ask him\her that question and whether or not you should be seen for a post-op evaluation.

Possibly: Depends on extent (difficulty) of surgery, presence of infection at time of surgery, your personal pain tolerance, systemic conditions such as Diabetes, oral hygiene, health of gums/bone before surgery, if you smoke or drink alcohol, and many other factors. If you are not improving daily, detect an odor, feel anything or see anything unusual, call your treating practitioner for a reexamination.
