Surely: Use of physical therapy, and occupational therapy highly beneficial for post-stroke rehabilitation, and should be continued as outpt, at least twice weekly for about 3-4 months ideally. Orthotic devices to enhance function may be needed, so enquire about these. Botox may help limb spasticity. Pool assisted exercise might be an approach if patient very weakened.
