Yes, it's possible: Depending on where the endometriosis is, i would think it certainly could affect the bowel. It could cause irritation and inflammation on the gut which would ultimately affect motility.

Yes : Endometriosis irritates the pelvic surfaces and deep pelvis. Rectal endometriosis can result in pain with bowel movements and bloody bowel movements. A thorough evaluation will determine whether this is endometriosis or a primary intestinal problem such as diverticulosis and ibs.
