Possible: That could be a good explanation, but there may be other reasons for rectal pain as well. Do you have a diagnosis of endometriosis already? Surgery, either laparoscopy or laparotomy, is the only way to make this diagnosis for sure.

No: There are many causes of rectal pain unrelated to endometriosis. Endometrial implants on the bowl can cause pain, but rectal pain is also caused by fissure, abscess, hemorrhoids and many other causes.
