Depends!: You can get in much better shape. This is what exercise is primarily for. Looks are important but secondary to this goal. Whatever your build, however, it can be much improved by a combination of weight training and cardio activity. However, you must laso lose uncessary weight as well to get "ripped." therefore a diet plan is needed as well. We all have genetic limitations, but you can improve!
