Insanely horrible allergies, otc meds don't work. what can i do?

Allergies: There comes a point when your allergies are that bad that otc meds don't work and you will need to see an allergist to get them treated more aggressively. They can test you to determine what you are allergic to and put you on a medication regimen to help your symptoms and if need be you can get desensitized to your allergies with immunotherapy. I recommend you see a board certified allergist.
