Hard to avoid: Once and a while, you are bound to bite your cheek or lip or tongue. It happens to everyone who has teeth. Only those will all their teeth missing are immune, and even they bite themselves from time to time when wearing dentures. Cut your food into small pieces, chew slowly, and avoid talking while eating.
