See a dentist: The fix may be as simple as adjusting your bite in that area so that you're not biting your cheek anymore.

Chew slowly: If you are biting your cheek when you are not eating then this may not help, but if you bite it when chewing food then chew on the side where you keep biting your cheek and do it slowly so that the food pushes your cheek outward as you are closing down on. Sometimes the initial bite can cause the cheek to swell a bit and cause it to be bitten more frequently. If this doesn't help see your dentist.
