LIttle red dots?: If the 'little red dots' are only the result of cheek biting, they are not contagious to others. Actually you might be more prone to infection from other individuals. There is no way for us (or you) to know if you or another individual are 'safe' from other conditions. Life is full of dangers. Choose wisely.
