After Csection: It really depends on the woman. Some women wish to do light cooking and sweeping after a few days, and some take a couple weeks before they want to focus their energies on things besides the newborn and recovering. It depends on your pain and energy level. If there's a lot of pain, bleeding or incision problems, then its time to back off and rest.
