Nothing is perfect: I admire the fact that you want a 'perfect' body. Let me assure you, this is never achievable. The moment you think a certain aspect is 'perfect', you'll realize something else isn't. First, set realistic and rational goals. Clearly the gym and dieting will make up a large portion of your success. A trainer and nutritionist may help also. Good luck! keep smiling !
