Dental implants ?: If so, not normal. See your surgeon. If not dental implants, still see your surgeon.

No: And you should see your dentist to see what is going on. It's not clear exactly what stage you are at or exactly what you are referring to when you say you had implants "fitted", but regardless it does not sound normal and needs to be evaluated.
