4 -5 weeks: It likely will take 4 - 5 weeks before your period. 4 days for the medication to leave your system. 2 weeks to ovulate, then 2 weeks to period start. If not pregnant. This timeline only applies if you were very regular with 28 day cycles prior to placement of the implant. Longer if your cycles were longer.
