What would #10 be?: What would you use as an example of #10? If i had to give it a number, i would say #1 at most, probably a lot less.

Pain is subjective: Orthodontic treatment can cause a toothache for brief periods of time when the braces are adjusted or tightened. Take OTC pain medication (NSAIDs or Tylenol), as your orthodontist recommends. In many cases ZERO pain.
