What should i do about my flat foot?

Flat feet : Many options are available : the most aggressive is surgery and there are many surgical procedures that can be done by podiatrist or orthpods. I would start with a foot orthotic. It depends on the level of pain your having and any other co-problems associated with the flat feet. Most people with flat feet need an accomadative type orthotic.
