Can have pain : In the arch, sometimes ankles can feel weak, can have knee pain or low back pain. Pain to the arch is more common in a flatfoot as well. Sometimes, there is tendinopathy's, tarsal tunnel syndrome because there is strain on the inner ankle region.

Variable: Often, their are "no symptoms" as it is asymptomatic. Pain can be present in the arch, medial or lateral hindfoot.
