A member asked:

What visual training can fix near sightness?

3 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

None: A nearsighted eye is in fact too strong, and the logic of "visual training" is to strengthen the eye muscles which of course would make the nearsighted worse. So in fact no visual training has been proven to help. Don't waste your money.

Glasses.: Nearsightedness is related to the shape of your eye, and has no relation to the health or fitness of the muscles that move the eye. So your best bet is to get glasses. Or contacts. Or LASIK.
