Good exercise : Waist training may help to improve your waistline appearance, acid reflux symptoms, and help to strengthen your low back, give your body better stamina and reduce the risk of accidental falling. It also helps to improve your obstructive sleep apnea, hypertension and depression. If it is done correctly, i can't see any bad side effect.
