Careful Not Concern: Endoscopic sinus surgery is very effective at treating chronic sinusitis. If you are having symptoms regularly it is certainly something to consider. As always, if you aren't sure what to do, seek out another opinion from an experienced ENT doc in your area.

ESS: Hello, ess is a routine intranasal procedure. Using an endoscope, your surgeon will open your sinuses and remove diseased tissues and bone from the sinus cavities. You should feel well informed about this procedure before you sign consent. Know exactly what your doctor plans, risks, his/her results, expectations and alternative treatments. Good luck.
