Yes: Antibiotic ear drops can be prescribed to treat outer and middle ear infections even with a perforation. Sometimes oral antibiotics are needed for middle ear infections alone or with the drops. The other pressing issue is the "holes" you were born with. That is unusual and you should see an ENT doctor for full exam and hearing test.
