Excellent: Pal (power assisted liposuction) has a proven track record. I use it routinely. It doesn't cause any tissue burns, like ultrasonic or laser-assisted lipo can, and you can get the fat out smoothly. But remember, the key to liposuction is not the choice of the right gadget, but the choice of the right surgeon.

A Good Choice: I agree with dr fiala .Pal (power assisted liposuction) has a proven track record. It is safer and better tolerated than other additions to tumescent liposuction such as ultrasonic or some laser-assisted lipo. The fat comes out easily and smoothly without as much fatigue for the surgeon. I use routinely and get excellent results. Lt is always best with an experienced surgeon.

Excellent: I find that the power assisted liposuction technology is an excellent tool when performing liposuction surgery. Although there are a lot of different “technologies” available, ultimately the skill level of the plastic surgeon ( as opposed to the specific tool used) will be of most importance to the outcome of the procedure perforned.

Great option: Without trying to sound arrogant, when it comes to liposuction the skill and judgment of the surgeon trumps any technology. That having been said, the power assisted liposuction technique is a great option for extracting fat in a expeditious and efficient manner. It is one of my preferred approaches and I have tried: syringe, suctions assisted, laser assisted (aka smartlipo), water jet, ultrasonic.
