Sounds viral: It sounds like a viral infection to me. Push fluids, rest, blend diet. If better, gradually return to normal routine. If no better or doing worse, call your doc. I'd give you another 48-72 hours to figure it out.

Pneumonia: Sounds like pneumonia. Go to your doctor to get antibiotics and to assess if u need hospitalization. If you are feeling very bad and can't breathe go to the er or call an ambulance to pick u up and send u to hospital.
