Bowel Movement in: Infant. They may go from several times a day to once a week. It is very much a variable thing. The idea that an infant has to go everyday or they are not " normal" is just not true. Think about how different we all are as adults. As long as baby does not have a rock hard tender abdomen, no fever, is eating well, and not tearing its little bum when it goes it is okay. What goes in will come out.
