Talk to your doctor : It may be time to consider either switching or augmenting your medication. If not already done, you need to have your thyroid checked and need to rule out anemia as medical causes of your symptoms. These are blood tests your doctor can order. Some options for augmentation include lithium, low dose stimulant, buspar, synthriod, Abilify, (aripiprazole) rTMS, etc. Talk to your doctor about your options. Best!
