Per my doc, stopped pristiq (desvenlafaxine) cold turkey and started 5mg of buspar, 2x per day to help with chronic nausea. now dizzy to the point of extreme nausea. is it the pristiq (desvenlafaxine) or buspar causing this? help!

Pristiq (desvenlafaxine): Most likely your dizziness & nausea are Pristiq (desvenlafaxine) discontinuation symptoms. This medicine should be tapered rather than stopped "cold turkey." Buspar can cause some initial nausea and lightheadedness also, so you could be having a double reason for your difficulties. Please contact your doctor about this. Good luck.
