No worries: Exclusively breast fed infants get more efficient at absorbing nutrients by 2-4 months and many will go from stooling several times a day to as little as once a week and when they go they will fill 3-4 diapers.. No worries. If baby is getting uncomfortable, you can do a glycerin suppository. No need to do it often though.
