Go to the Doctor: Please. Your son is ill. He may not be gaining weight. Six weeks in the life of a three month old child is a major and, quite frankly, shocking length of time for a parent to not have sought out medical care. Please call your pediatrician's office and get him seen urgently.

See baby's doctor: If your baby is growing well, then this may not be of concern. There is a huge range of normal in the realm of pooping, especially in infants. If your baby seems to be in real discomfort, or is not growing however, then there may well be something wrong. The only way to know will be to do some tests - probably starting with some poop tests.
