Practice Practice: White muscle fibers stronger contraction but fatigue more quickly. Red muscle fibers not as strong but much better endurance. For both, complex brain control primary. Practice exactly what you want to get better at & make it more difficult, e.g. Adding wts to gloves, hands, arms, etc. Use camera & timers to measure level of performance, track changes & experiment to find what works best for you.
