Not likely : While I am not seeing your x-rays to tell you a specific treatment plan for you, i can tell you that for adults with fractures of both bones in the forearm it is important for the bones to be lined up very well for them to heal properly. Even slight problems with angulation will affect your ability to turn your wrist. You should have another surgeon look at your x-rays.
