Hmmm??: If you are having regular periods, you're ovulating. At your age, it would be unlikely that you're not ovulating unless you are at extremes of weight (thin or obese). I'm not sure if he said you had premature ovarian failure? Or anovulatory cycles? If you have anovulatory cycles, you could have pcos. So long as you don't have premature ovarian failure, you can regulate cycle and get pregnant.
